First of all, we want you to be our customer and if you are our customer, we loved to help you. We believe in after sale services. We provide 7 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange items with in 7 days of product receipt. Note: No Return Possible For Imported Jewellery

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

• If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply 
• Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided) and customer have to pay the delivery charges. 
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).      
• Rs 200/- Courier charges will apply when we send exchanged product back to your address

please note that this process may take 1-2 working days after receiving your returned products.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

• If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for other product or products, simply
• Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).     
• Rs 200/- Courier charges will apply when we send exchanged product back to your address

Please note that this process may take 1-2 working days after receiving your returned products.

Return Policy:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

• If you find your product (Other Then Jewellery Products) unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
•  send/courier us the product at our Office.
•  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached. Your Refund will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the Product back. 
• DELIVERY CHARGES OF RS 200 ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

2.How will I get My refund?
